Inner child online workshop

Many adults carry quiet echoes of childhood. This could manifest as the ache of emotional neglect, the confusion of absent parents, or the weight of having to act like the grown-up before their time.
These experiences can shape how we relate to others, care for, and protect ourselves today.

The benefits of inner child work

Inner child work helps uncover unmet needs or suppressed emotions from early life. By recognising and validating those feelings, people can begin to release stored emotional pain and reduce reactivity in the present. This ultimately fosters a sense of playfulness, vulnerability, creativity, or openness to getting support, which in turn creates, better connection to self and others.

Reconnecting with the inner child workshop

This is a structured 6 week online group (up to 6 participants) to explore gentle, experiential inner child work through reflection, guided visualisations, and self-compassion practices. The sessions will be 1.5 hours including psychoeducation and supportive group discussion.

By the end of the workshop you will understand your inner child’s needs and emotions, learn self-soothing and reparenting techniques, transform the inner critic into an ally and cultivate warmth and acceptance toward yourself. Sessions are £30 each or £180 for 6 sessions.
