About me

Calming scenery of lake and mountain view

Whether you're facing a major life change, grieving a loss, processing past trauma, or struggling with difficult relationship dynamics, I’m here to walk alongside you.

With an emphasis on trauma processing, I will help you reconnect with yourself for more inner calm and a restored nervous system. These begin with noticing bodily sensations in order to regulate the nervous system.

I work with individuals to explore their inner world, make sense of old patterns, and support them in becoming a more authentic version of themselves. I endeavour to create a warm compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and deeply understood. My work is collaborative, relational and client led- moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Method

An integrative counsellor and psychotherapist who uses different modalities to work with clients in a bespoke way. I have a post graduate diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy and CBT. I create a warm and compassionate environment that welcomes all parts of your experience in order to facilitate growth and healing.
