About me

Calming scenery of lake and mountain view

Whether you're facing a major life change, grieving a loss, processing past trauma, or struggling with difficult relationship dynamics, I’m here to walk alongside you.

With an emphasis on trauma processing, I will help you reconnect with yourself for more inner calm and a restored nervous system.

I work with individuals and couples to explore their inner world, make sense of old patterns, and support them in becoming a more authentic version of themselves. I endeavour to create a warm compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and deeply understood. My work is collaborative, relational and client led- moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Method

I am an experienced integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and lecturer who uses different modalities to work with clients in a bespoke way. I also work relationally, placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work. I see therapy as a collaborative, person-to-person process that can be deeply transformative, offering a space where each individual is recognised in their uniqueness and lived experience.

I have trained to work interculturally and I am mindful of how culture, identity and social context shape a person’s sense of self and relationships. My hope is that you feel that all parts of your experience are welcome in the therapeutic space.
