My approach is culturally aware and honours intersectionality, recognising how each individual’s unique experiences and differences can shape patterns within their relationships.

The Imago model is proven to be effective in supporting couples to lower their defences, improve and facilitate better communication and, ultimately, cultivate a positive view of their partner and the relationship. Through the Imago Dialogue process you will learn transformative tools that can create lasting change to your relationship beyond the therapy room. 

I also incorporate methods and learnings from other modalities such as the Gottmans, RLT (relational life therapy) and EFT (emotionally focused therapy) to work effectively with couples.
